时福安，男，北京人，国家一级美术师，中国国礼艺术家。系中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画协会会员，兼任中国牡丹书画院名誉院长、中国收藏家协会会员。

作为中国非物质文化遗产项目传承人、中国漆下纯手工彩绘葫芦工艺大师，其漆下手工彩绘葫芦作品制作创作工艺由书法泰斗欧阳中石老先生命名。他深耕传统技艺与当代艺术创作，将非遗匠心与书画美学融会贯通，形成了独特的艺术语言。其作品多次在国内外参展参赛中斩获金奖，艺术造诣广受业界认可。

时福安的作品兼具艺术价值与收藏潜力，曾被多国领导人及领事馆收藏，多次被作为国礼代表中国手工艺品赠送外国元首，在香港拍卖市场创下百万余元的成交记录，彰显了其在当代艺术领域的影响力与市场认可度。

Shi Fu'an, a male from Beijing, is a national first-level artist and a Chinese national gift artist. He is a member of the China Artists Association and the China Traditional Realistic Painting Association,and concurrently serves as the honorary president of the China Peony Painting and Calligraphy Academy and a member of the China Collectors Association.

As an inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage project and a master of the pure hand-painted gourd craft under lacquer, his craftsmanship in creating hand-painted gourd works under lacquer was named by the esteemed calligraphy master, Ouyang Zhongshi. Hehas deeply cultivated traditional skills and contemporary artistic creation, integrating the craftsmanship of intangible cultural heritage with the aesthetics of calligraphy and painting, forming a unique artistic language. His works have repeatedly won gold awards in exhibitions and competitions both domestically and internationally, and his artistic attainments have been widely recognized by the industry.

Shi Fu'an's works possess both artistic value and collectible potential. They have been collected by leaders and consulates of multiple countries, and have been presented as national gifts representing Chinese handicrafts to foreign heads of state on multiple occasions. They have set transaction records of over one million yuan in the Hong Kong auction market,demonstrating their influence and market recognition in the contemporary art field.
